The White Horse Gospel Choir and the Cork-based singer-songwriter Fiona Kennedy will perform for a fundraiser in Ovens for the Stand4Féile trust next month.

The Stand4Féile appeal was launched to support Féile O’Sullivan, a young girl from Allihies on the Beara peninsula who suffered life-changing injuries following a farming accident in July 2025.

The campaign, which has been supported by numerous GAA clubs and inter-county GAA stars across Ireland, aims to fund her ongoing medical care, specialised rehabilitation, prosthetic limbs and home adaptations. To date, over €800,000 has been raised for the trust.

A spokesperson for the event said all involved are looking forward to the Stand4Féile fundraiser at 7pm on March 7 at the Éire Óg GAA club in Ovens.

“During this time, her community has rallied around her, like a comfort blanket, doing everything in their power to ensure Féile’s road to recovery will be eased and alleviated by the fundraising efforts that have been underway since that fateful day,” they added.

“The Stand4Féile Trust has raised over €800,000 since the accident, a commendable achievement, bringing a chink of light to Féile and her family in their darkest hour.

“The venue for the night’s entertainment will be the Éire Óg GAA hall in Ovens, who have very kindly made the space available to the Stand4Féile Trust for the fundraiser.”

The Stand for Féile campaign remains active, with further fundraising events planned in the coming weeks.

Supporters can also contribute in several ways, including donating directly via the GoFundMe page.
