Cork Arts Theatre will open its 50th anniversary year with Infinity, the first production as part of its new Re:Directing season.

Infinity, which is written by Canadian playwright Hannah Moscovitch and directed by Julie Kelleher, will run from February 5 to 14 2026.

The Re:Directing season forms part of Cork Arts Theatre’s 50th anniversary celebrations.

Cork Arts Theatre director Fin Flynn said it is going to be an action packed twelve months ahead.

“It is going to be an exciting year for CAT. We are a small venue, and we punch above our weight in our offering to Cork theatre goers and the opportunities we provide for local artists to showcase their work.”

Infinity will be followed by Constellations by Nick Payne in June, which is presented in partnership with Cork Midsummer Festival, and Girl in the Machine by Stef Smith in Autum 2026.
