Staff and students are advised not to travel to the campus until noon today
MTU Cork campus in Bishopstown hit by power cut 

It is anticipated full power will be restored to the campus by 10.15am.

The Munster Technology University (MTU) has reported a power outage at its Bishopstown Campus in Cork this morning. 

In a statement MTU said it is anticipated that power to the facility will be restored at 10.15am. 

"There will be limited opening until power is restored," read the statement.

"The Park and Ride service will be operating.

"Staff and students are advised not to travel until noon today."
