Customers travelling to and from Cork during this time period are advised to stay up-to-date with service availability by using the Iarnród Éireann app

Iarnród Éireann is reminding customers that a revised timetable will be in place this June bank holiday weekend, with many routes servicing the Bord Bia Bloom event already sold out.

This weekend there will be a number of additional services running from Cork and Galway to Dublin Heuston for the annual Bord Bia Bloom event, as well as extra early trains to Cork city from Cobh, Mallow and Midleton for the Cork City Marathon on Sunday.

Early trains will run from 7am from Cobh and Mallow, and 7.15am from Midleton.

Customers travelling to and from Cork during this time period are advised to stay up-to-date with service availability by using the Iarnród Éireann app, which can be downloaded directly to a smartphone.

Major works will also take place between Connolly and Blackrock in Dublin from Saturday to Monday, affecting Southside DART and Rosslare intercity services.

Revised train times will be in place on all routes, with pre-booking essential via: www.irishrail.ie.
