The Armada Bar and guesthouse in Kinsale has been listed for an asking price of €775,000.

A well-known Cork pub and guesthouse has hit the market for more than €700,000.

The Armada Bar in Kinsale, which boasts dual access from the front and rear of the property, comprises of an open plan bar area, a six-bed B&B, and a three-bed apartment.

The sale of the 431 sq m property, which has been listed for an asking price of €775,000 with Behan Irwin & Gosling, comes following the death of the establishment’s owner, Mary Coughlan, who passed away in December 2023.

The bar complex, which spans between Pearse St and Market Quay, includes a lounge area, reception, commercial kitchen, cold room, chill room, restrooms, an open yard, and a full seven day publicans licence.

The B&B, which has pedestrian access onto Market Quay, includes a reception room on the ground floor, four double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms on the first floor and two double bedrooms on the second floor.

The overhead apartment, with independent access from Pearse St, includes three bedrooms, one en-suite, and a living room.
