Cork singer-songwriter Allie Sherlock will feature on tonight’s episode of RTÉ’s The Late Late Show.

In a star-studded line-up of guests, the Douglas native will sit down with show host Patrick Kielty to discuss life on the road following the completion of a number of gigs in the UK as well as her experience busking on Dublin’s Grafton St.

Ms Sherlock will also perform her new song ‘How Love Works’ live on the show, and will chat further about her rising music career.

Mr Kielty will also sit down with Bad Sisters actress, Sharon Horgan, to talk about the return of the series, the reaction to season one, and what the audience can expect from the Garvey sisters this time around.

Ms Horgan will also speak about an unexpected royal visit on set, and about coming home to her family.

Additionally, television host Piers Morgan will make an appearance to discuss his turbulent relationship with President-elect Donald Trump, and what he thinks the next four years will have in store for America and the world.

Award-winning journalist and broadcaster Emily Maitlis will further be on set to speak about her infamous interview with Prince Andrew in 2019, which made headlines around the world.

Ms Maitlis will discuss adapting the story for screen in her Amazon series, A Very Royal Scandal, and about the fallout from that interview five years on.

Comedian and writer Russell Kane will make his Late Late Show debut, and will join Mr Kielty to chat about a new children's book and his Hyperactive tour, which he brings to Ireland next year.

During the show someone at home will also be surprised with the very first pair of audience tickets to The Late Late Toy Show.

Tonight’s episode featuring Cork woman Allie Sherlock will air on RTÉ One from 9.35pm.
