The Address Cork has introduced its new brand, North, replacing its previous restaurant offering, McGettigan’s Cookhouse and Bar.

A Cork hotel has launched a restaurant brand offering locally sourced food in “an elevated yet casual dining experience”.

The Address Cork, on Military Hill in St Luke’s, has introduced its brand, North, replacing its previous restaurant offering, McGettigan’s Cookhouse and Bar.

The 70-bed hotel is owned by The Address Collective, a family-owned Irish hotel group, which recently opened its latest property in Sligo.

Over the past three years, the company has invested €3.5m in The Address Cork and a further €500,000 worth of refurbishments are under way.

Owned and managed by Brian and Ciara McGettigan, The Address Collective has announced the launch of North across its hotel range.

Brian McGettigan, owner of The Address Collective, said he was excited at the launch of the new restaurant at The Address Cork.

North is open seven days a week, from midday to 10pm at The Address Cork.
