The Ballymaloe Craft Fair is to return to Ballymaloe Grainstore this November, showcasing the best of Irish-made craft and design.
More than 200 of Ireland’s finest artists, designers, and food producers will display their products as the Grainstore transforms into a market for all the family on the weekends of November 15 to 17 and 22 to 24.
Visitors will enjoy textiles, glassware, sculptures, art, woodwork, jewellery and leather goods, all handmade by crafters and artists from across the country.
The fair will also offer a range of goods from local artisan food producers, everything from cheese to chocolate. Children are invited to express their creativity through Lego workshops each Saturday and Sunday.
Bree Allen, of Ballymaloe Grainstore, said: “It is a pleasure to launch this year’s Ballymaloe Craft Fair and we are so excited to welcome back our talented suppliers and stall holders and introduce some new faces, too.
“We have a fantastic selection of stalls this year and I’m certain visitors looking for a perfect Christmas present will find what they are looking for.
“It is so important to shop local as much as possible, and we hope visitors will get behind our many small, independent stall holders, and make Craft Fair 2024 one to remember.”
With different exhibitors each weekend, the craft fair will be open from 5pm to 9pm each Friday evening, and 10am to 5.30pm each Saturday and Sunday.
Entry costs €8 per person on Fridays and €10 per person on Saturdays and Sundays. Children under 12 have free entry.
On-site car parking is free and there will be a complimentary bus service from Midleton train station to Ballymaloe and Ballycotton.
Tickets can be purchased at ballymaloegrainstore.com and at the door.
