A Cork-based customer services company has announced plans to hire more than 200 new staff across the country by early next year.

Last year, ResultsCX, a Florida-based customer service solutions company, purchased Zevas Communications, a company which had been established more than 20 years ago and which employed 160 people in Cork and around the country.

Following that acquisition, ResultsCX committed to doubling its workforce in Cork, and over the past year it has created approximately 150 new sales jobs in Ireland’s financial technology (fintech) sector.

Now, the company, which has its Cork offices in the Cleve business park on Monahan Road, has announced that it intends to create more than 200 further jobs by early 2025.

The jobs will be remotely based across Ireland.

At the start of this year, ResultsCX, which employs more than 23,000 people worldwide and provides services to more than 75 Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 brands, announced a further expansion of its European operations when it acquired UK-based customer services company Huntswood.

Marking the first anniversary of its arrival in Ireland, ResultsCX recently welcomed Ireland’s EU commissioner-designate and former finance minister Michael McGrath to its Cork offices.

Speaking during his visit, Mr McGrath congratulated the company on its first year of operations in Ireland, which he said had been marked by substantial growth and further jobs opportunities in prospect.

“It’s exciting to witness a global leader like ResultsCX recognise Ireland’s potential, not only for its highly qualified workforce but also for the abundant growth opportunities available,” Mr McGrath said.

“The company is already making a very important economic contribution to this region, in turn helping strengthen our local communities.” Siddharth Parashar, managing director, UK and Europe, at ResultsCX, said the company had been impressed by the skill and dedication of its Irish workforce.

“We extend our gratitude to the Irish government and people for their warm welcome,” he said.

“Building on our success in creating approximately 150 digital sales roles, we now focus on expanding further by introducing multilingual positions in Spanish, German, and French.

“This diversity further enhances our ability to attract top talent and deliver exceptional customer service across industries.” Rajesh Subramaniam, CEO and managing director of ResultsCX, said the European, Middle-Eastern and African (EMEA) was strategically important to the company.

“Having created over 3,000 jobs across the UK and Ireland, we are committed to driving rapid growth for leading multinational companies in Europe,” Mr Subramaniam said.

“We are creating a centre of excellence for our fintech services where we foster innovation and growth of our clients.

“By leveraging our expertise across financial services, insurance, energy, and utilities in the EMEA region, we are dedicated to enhancing customer experiences.”
