Latest: Multi-vehicle collision cleared on Cork's N40

Motorists are being advised that the incident this morning on Cork's N40 has now been cleared.
Traffic is moving freely in the area.

Gardaí are at the scene of a multi-vehicle road traffic collision on the N40 South Ring Road in Cork city this morning.
The incident, which occurred westbound on the N40 near Junction 8, involved four vehicles and no injuries have been reported at this time.
A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána told The Echo: “Gardaí are attending the scene of a road traffic incident Westbound, on the N40 near Junction 8.
“The incident involved four vehicles. No injuries have been reported at this time.”
