‘Secret Headliner’ to kick off at Crane Lane

CORK will next week be the focus of a new music show featuring ‘secret headliners’.

‘The Secret Headliner’ is aiming to the shine a light on music acts from across the country. Filmed for Virgin Media Television and scheduled for broadcast in 2024, the show will see three major Irish artists perform a secret gig at a small local venue in three towns or cities across the country.

Kicking off in the Crane Lane Theatre on Thursday, December 7, the event will give local revellers the chance to see an as yet unnamed major Irish act, in an intimate setting.

A special local support act has been handpicked to play, with the band, Simple Things, to perform the Cork leg of the series.

Each episode of ‘The Secret Headliner’ will feature a high-profile Irish act and each headliner will handpick a special local support act to perform on the night to help promote up-and-coming Irish talent.
