Epic Fail: Articulated trucks close road after getting stuck 
Two trucks wedged between Castlelyons and Dungourney, East Cork.

Two articulated trucks ignored all warning signs and tried to pass each other on a small country road resulting in a standstill on a main thoroughfare in the East Cork area.

Gardaí posted the comical pic of the two trucks wedged on the road between Castlelyons and Dungourney.

According to Gardaí, no one was hurt, but the road took some time to clear and motorists were advised on social media to take an alternative route this morning while some delicate manoeuvring was underway.

The road reopened around 10.30am this morning.
