Horse and cart and hummer on set for filming of Young Offenders in Cork

The hit TV show, The Young Offenders, were filming their second season in Cork again today.

The cast and crew were spotted in Hawthorn Mews, Dublin Hill early this morning with a horse and cart and a stretch hummer limousine parked close by.
The scene is part of the next series of the popular tv show filmed all across Cork.

Earlier this month, filming took place in the English Market with Pat O'Connell, the fishmonger made famous for making the Queen laugh.
The comedy is a joint production between RTÉ2 and BBC Three.

Mr O'Connell says The Young Offenders' success has been great for Cork.
"It's a good news story, when you think what the lads started out with, and now they are winning awards left, right and centre," he said.

While there's no release date yet, it is believed the second season of The Young Offenders will air later on this year.
