Lewis Capaldi, Elton John, Noel or Liam Gallagher and Garth Brooks are other names that have already been suggested but the promoters are remaining tight-lipped until Monday's big reveal.

Following their successful concerts in Croke Park in Dublin earlier this year, it was reported that Westlife wanted to play three Irish cities in 2020 with Cork a likely location.

Since its multi-million redevelopment, Páirc Uí Chaoimh has hosted major acts including Ed Sheeran's series of concerts last summer and Rod Stewart who played there earlier this year.
