“For any Star Wars fan, kids or adults, this is the ultimate stocking filler this Christmas and that fact that it is already sold out means that it will be a rare thing to have,” Will said.

Speaking to The Echo about the comic book, Will said he was very excited about what he called his ‘biggest project yet.’ “I would recommend that Star Wars fans read the comic book before going to see the latest movie as it has a lot of information about certain characters and explains things from the last movie.” The comic book, which was created to coincide with the latest Star Wars movie ‘The Rise of Skywalker’ offers insight into the characters, their actions and decision-making processes.

‘The Rise of Kylo Ren’ also reveals things that could changes fan’s perceptions of the previous movie, ‘The Last Jedi’.

Will said working on this project with writer Charles Sole was a great experience for him.

“I wanted to work with Charles for a long time, we have known each other for quite a while, but this was the first time that we got to work together on a project. It was very exciting.” Will said that Charles wanted a strong mythological feel to the comic book so he drew inspiration from old Irish folklore heroes and embraced Irish scenery in the project.

As well as being able to nab a copy of the hottest comic book on the market at the moment, Star Wars fans can also get it signed by Will, who will also be doing some sketches for people on the night.
