Galentine’s Day is all about celebrating friendship and fun, so add fabulous food to the equation and round up your besties for brunch at The River Lee.

Galentine’s Brunch at The River Lee is being held in the glamorous Mirror Room on tomorrow Saturday, February 15, from 1.30pm to 4.30pm — a feel-good feast in a sparkling setting. With a complimentary welcome drink, let the good vibes flow as a live DJ spins upbeat tunes, creating the perfect soundtrack for a girls’ day out.

Dive into a delicious three-course brunch menu full of bold, zingy flavours, starting with a granola pot with winter berries, then choosing your main from a selection of five tempting options. There’s crayfish & crab linguini with baby spinach, roast vine tomatoes, and a creamy Parmesan sauce, or buttermilk chicken waffles topped with sriracha sauce and maple-glazed bacon. There’s two brunch classics — eggs Benedict with Quigley’s smoked back bacon, Riverview poached eggs, and hollandaise on a toasted muffin or eggs Royale with Ballycotton smoked salmon, Riverview poached eggs, and hollandaise. And there’s a fresh vegetarian option of Coolea cheese & charred corn fritters with hummus, chilli crisp, and lime dressing.

Desserts include chocolate mousse with hazelnut, passionfruit, and peach sorbet or baked vanilla cheesecake with strawberries and mojito sorbet, each as sweet as the ladies you’ve gathered to celebrate.

Galentine’s Brunch at The Mirror Room at The River Lee Hotel is €60 per person, including the welcome drink to toast your crew.
