Omnichannel Strategy takes centre stage at Marketing Institute’s kickoff event

The 2024/25 calendar for the Marketing Institute Ireland Cork Branch (MII Cork) is set to open with an event titled “Omnichannel Strategy - Learnings from the Front Line.”

As businesses navigate an ever-changing landscape, the integration of omnichannel strategies has become essential for staying relevant, driving customer loyalty, and achieving sales growth.

This event will explore the strategies that successful companies employ to deliver consistent and integrated experiences across multiple touchpoints, from online browsing and social media to in-store shopping and mobile engagement.

The event will take place on Monday next, October 21, from 6pm to 8pm at the Metropole Hotel.

The event will bring together a lineup of accomplished speakers renowned for their expertise in omnichannel marketing including:

Evelyn Moynihan, CEO of Kilkenny Design, will share her insights on seamlessly blending traditional marketing with cutting-edge digital experiences.

Caroline Walsh, head of Digital Product at Musgrave, brings her wealth of experience in digital transformation and product management.

A trailblazer in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, Caroline has played a key role in driving e-commerce growth and establishing digital strategies at Musgrave, consistently pushing boundaries to stay ahead in a dynamic market.

Industry expert from Salesforce, a global leader in customer relationship management and omnichannel solutions, Salesforce will also join the panel to provide valuable perspectives on leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.

The event will be chaired by Colette Quinn, MD of Real Insights, a trusted advisor in strategic insights and marketing.

Colette will guide a lively and engaging discussion, welcoming questions and insights from attendees, making this an interactive experience for all.
