Plans to complete the film, following the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, were announced earlier this month.

The actor is due to make his first appearance in a US court over the death of Halyna Hutchins.

The film set will ban the use of any working weapons or ammunition and include on-set safety supervisors.

A spokeswoman said the DA would now begin a review of the information to make a ‘thoughtful, timely decision’ about whether to bring charges.
