The actor is due to make his first appearance in a US court over the death of Halyna Hutchins.

The district attorney alleged the actor had shown ‘wilful disregard’ for the safety of others in the days leading up to the incident on the movie set.

Both Baldwin and the film’s armourer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed face two charges stemming from the incident on the film’s set in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

The film set will ban the use of any working weapons or ammunition and include on-set safety supervisors.
