TWO men are being questioned about the unexplained death of a Cork man outside a Kerry hotel in August.

A CORKWOMAN who found out her wedding and engagement rings were stolen the night before her wedding anniversary is appealing for help in finding them.

A MAN is being questioned today after a quantity of heroin was found last night. The man was stopped by gardaí on Patrick Street after 9pm last night, after he was seen acting suspiciously, according to gardaí.

TWENTY burglaries were reported across Mayfield, Douglas, Glanmire and other parts of the city at the weekend, it has been revealed. The city's top cop, Chief Supt Barry McPolin, said the burglaries were carried out by a Dublin based gang.
