Quartets At Triskel The National String Quartet Foundation introduces two talented young quartets from CIT Cork School of Music. Their programme includes the first of Shostakovich’s fifteen string quartets, the premiere of a new quartet by Cork-based composer Ian Wilson, and one of just three quartets that Brahms allowed to be published, having destroyed some twenty earlier attempts.
Tim Mullane has been wowing audiences for many years now, an energetic and very accomplished musician he has been known to cover everything from Neil Young to the Bee Gees and everything in between.
Fintan, already a seasoned busker, started gigging solo around Cork city in the mid 80s, and soon found himself on the Irish trad pub circuit, singing and backing tunes. He was a member of folk/trad bands Duchas and Pluckfocailwindskin, and the acoustic rock harmony band The Phintones. As a solo act he has performed around Ireland and in New York, England, Wales, Spain and Switzerland.

The Lee Sessions is the umbrella term for all authentic, traditional Irish music sessions in Cork city.

He is also an established actor appearing in television on 'Love/Hate', Primeval, 'Can't Cope Won't Cope' and movies such as "You're Ugly Too" and Intermission.
Patrick has performed improvised skits with Jimmy Carr and has worked with Jason Byrne and Al Porter to name a few.
