Crazy Chester have been rocking County Cork for some time now, as all you Johnny Cash, Neil Young and Bob Dylan fans will already be well aware. The band describe their style of music as Americana and country. Renowned for their lively and entertaining live shows, Crazy Chester also have the musicianship and strong catalogue of songs to separate them from many of the other good time cover acts.
Hugh Dillion and Martin Ryan make up The Barefoot Gypsies. Covering the very best of The Beatles, Tom Petty, Travelling Wilburys and many more.
The Underscore Orkestra Trio are three musicians from The Underscore Orkestra playing a slightly scaled down version of the big band. They play a mix of original and traditional music influenced by Hot jazz, Balkan, Americana, Klezmer, Blues, Swing and bit of Irish.
Freddie White has long been synonymous with music of the highest quality. He has been part of the fabric of the live music scene in Ireland since the 1970’s and his albums continue to sell well, amongst his loyal and newfound fan base.
Playing Hot Jazz n Swing, some Klezmer n Balkan, and a bit of Bluegrassy musings.
Tony Milner is another long established act at The Welcome. Classic songs in acoustic style is the order of the day. Hits from Gilbert O’ Sullivan, Albert Hammond and Steely Dan are all performed with enthusiasm and a precision that we have gladly become accustomed to.

The Lee Sessions is the umbrella term for all authentic, traditional Irish music sessions in Cork city.
Hailing from South Shields in the north of the UK, Richy continues to make regular appearances at events across Britain whilst touring internationally. His Ibiza presence is undeniable; this season, he held down his well-known residency at Paradise, DC-10 whilst also becoming one of seven all-night guests to take over the Space Terrace for elrow.

Comedy Cavern presents Joanne McNally, who will also appear on an additional date, Thursday May 16. Joanne burst onto the Irish comedy scene in 2014 and in less than a year in the business, she became the co-host on RTÉ 2’s flagship comedy show Republic of Telly, co-wrote and starred in the stage show Separated At Birth a comedy about her adoption and sold out her first ever solo stand up show in Dublin.
Funny Fridays features some of the best new acts and up and coming acts all in the safe hands of their MC. This night is becoming very popular as there seems to me many hilarious surprises , this week they have a big future start appearing.
