MARK COLLINS and Michael Hurley are included in the Cork football line-up for Sunday’s Division 2 league tie against Kildare at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.

Ronan McCarthy’s side drew with Fermanagh last weekend, but only managed 1-5, Mattie Taylor popping up from wing-back for the goal, and will need to be far sharper in front of goal in the first of a double-header, followed by the hurlers’ clash with Wexford.

Kildare won’t be as defensive as Fermanagh, but the Rebels will still need Collins, back from a one-game suspension, and Michael Hurley, who has been excellent recently in the Sigerson Cup for Carlow IT, to lead the way up front.

Damien Gore and Brian Hurley drop to the bench, where Paul Kerrigan is also an option. Clon’s Tom Clancy was originally set to feature at Brewster Park, but picked up a knock and is named as a sub on this occasion.
