The Rebels can't qualify for the All-Ireland semi-final after losses to Dublin and Tyrone but will be eager to conclude their season with a victory, though won't be taking the Connacht champions lightly.

The board want to see any children who go to Páirc Uí Rinn to bring a ball and get a chance to play on the same pitch as their heroes. Entry for kids is just €5 for the match, though there has been criticism of the €25 price for adults given neither team can progress.

Cork PRO Joseph Blake is hoping to see youngsters from both counties in their colours enjoying the half-time break.

"Having see children out on other inter-county grounds with a ball, the Cork GAA executive now feels it's time for those attending Cork games to enjoy themselves at half-time out on the pitch."
