Online tutorials and challenges for the garden are keeping hurlers, footballers and camogie players occupied, especially with the dry weather.

Cork camogie icon Gemma O'Connor has produced a series in conjunction with the Cork Juvenile Camogie Board to help sharpen up.

A hurley, sliotar and a wall are all that is required.

O'Connor, a St Finbarr's club member, won it all on the playing fields, where she combined natural talent with a warrior spirit.

Best deployed as a centre-back, she was an 11-time All-Star.

In Cork's most recent All-Ireland in 2018, O'Connor nailed a stunning point late on against Kilkenny to level the match.

Her distance striking is as accomplished as any player in modern camogie.
