THE first major game in the Cork club championships has been postponed due to Covid-19.

The Cork County Board and the Killeagh club confirmed on Sunday morning that due to a player testing positive for Covid, the relegation play-off against Kilworth has been deferred.

A minor semi-final against Mayfield has also been pushed back.

Last weekend, all games involving Inniscarra camogie club, including the senior quarter-final against Glen Rovers, were called off as a precaution as a player awaited test results, which subsequently came back negative.

That refixture goes ahead on Sunday.
