SCHOOL kids in Cork got to handle Conor McGregor’s most prized possession on Friday.

McGregor’s renowned coach John Kavanagh brought the superstar’s UFC championship belt to schoolchildren at Blarney Street CBS.

ohn Kavanagh, trainer of Conor McGregor, attended Scoil Cholmcille, Blarney Street CBS with the UFC Lightweight Championship Belt and took part in a question and answer session with the pupils.

Following McGregor’s recent success, Kavanagh has cemented himself as one of the best coaches in the UFC organisation.

McGregor recently became the UFC’s first dual-weight champion before he was stripped of his featherweight title shortly afterwards.
