THE fine weather that brought people to parks and beaches over the weekend is set to come to an end tomorrow.

People all over the city and county enjoyed glorious sunshine over the weekend.

Temperatures reached the mid-to-high teens on Saturday and Mothers' Day.

However, forecasters are warning that today will be the last of the sunny days for the remainder of the week.

The hazy sunshine of today will give way to showers tomorrow with southern counties worst affected.

Met Eireann said it will remain "pleasantly mild" but "very mixed" with bands of sometimes heavy rain.
