Man arrested in connection with murder of John Ustic in Skibbereen in September

A man has been arrested in connection with the murder investigation of John Ustic in Skibbereen, Co Cork.

Mr Ustic was found dead at a house on High Street, Skibbereen on September 25.

A post-mortem revealed that the 51-year-old died as a result of injuries sustained in an assault.

This morning a 51-year-old man was arrested in Co Tipperary.

He is currently being detained at Bandon Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4, Criminal Justice Act 1984.
