Canadian singer/songwriter Alanis Morissette is the latest act to be added to the bill for the Live at the Marquee 2018 concert series.
The seven-time Grammy Award winner has sold more than 60 million albums across the world and she will bring hits such as 'Ironic', 'You Oughta Know' and 'All I Really Want' to the Monahan Road venue on on July 4.
She first came to prominence in the mid-nineties when she released her third album 'Jagged Little Pill' in 1995 which climbed to number one in the Irish, US and UK charts and sold 33 million copies worldwide.
She has released seven albums to date and is currently working on material for her eighth and also writing a book.
Tickets for her Marquee gig, one of only two Irish dates in 2018 – the other at Dublin's Iveagh Gardens on July 5, will go on sale at 9am on Monday.
Morissette is the latest announcement to be made with The Script (June 25), Bell X1 (June 15), Christy Moore (June 30), Dara O'Briain (June 29), Don McLean (June 14), Nathan Carter (June 19), Picture This (June 19 and 20), Jenny Greene and the RTÉ Orchestra (June 22) and the Coronas (July 13) also set to grace the stage in Cork next summer.
Norwegian popsters A-ha have already sold out their gig at the tent on June 12.
