Cork City Council is warning of a risk of localised flooding on Morrison’s Island, Union Quay, Wandesford Quay and Crosses Green between 6am and 8am this morning due to high tides and potentially high winds.

It is expected that the main impact of any tidal flooding will be on parking and traffic.

Cork City Council said it will continue to monitor the situation.
