Irish Rail add extra train back to Cork after Ireland match

Mick McCarthy’s men take on Georgia at the Aviva stadium tonight and Irish Rail have announced they’ll be putting on an additional service to help fans get home after the match.

Ireland kick off at 7:45 PM in the Aviva and the last train from Heuston station usually departs at 9:00 PM.

To ensure fans can get back to Cork after the match, Irish Rail have added an additional service departing Heuston Station at 11:15 PM, arriving back into Kent Station at 1:45 AM.

Irish Rail advise those planning to use the additional service to book in advance, which you can do so by visiting www.irishrail.ie.
