Investigations underway following five car crash in Cork

ONE person was taken to Cork University Hospital with minor injuries following an incident involving five cars on the N25.
The incident occurred at around 12.25pm today on the N25 near Castlemartyr.
Gardaí revealed that no serious damage was caused and that one person was taken to CUH with minor injuries.
A statement revealed that garda investigations are ongoing.
“All vehicles were travelling in the same direction,” said the gardaí.
“Investigations are ongoing.
“No serious damage caused.
“One passenger taken to Cork University Hospital as a precaution with minor injuries.”
