Two cars were involved in separate accidents this morning, where both vehicles lost control and flipped on the same bend along the Halfway Road in Crossbarry.
The first incident occurred when a vehicle went around the bend, losing control and then flipped.
A Garda spokesperson confirmed that the driver was not injured and emergency services cleared the scene.
While the Gardaí were packing up another vehicle then lost control and flipped at the same location as the first incident. There were also no injuries in the second incident.
With the two accident occurring in a short period of time, there were concerns that there may have been a fuel spill causing the surface to be slippery.
Cork County Council were called to the scene to inspect the surface but found nothing to suggest a spill of any kind.
There has been recent resurfacing in the area. Drivers have been advised to drive with caution in the area, with plans to inspect the surface.
