Teenager arrested after windows smashed in Cork school 

A teenager has been arrested in Cork following an incident of criminal damage at Coachford primary school on Monday night.  

Gardaí were called to the school shortly before 9.30pm, after a number of windows were smashed.

Gardaí arrested a juvenile in his mid-teens at the scene and he was brought to Macroom Garda Station. 

A garda spokesperson said he has since been released and will be dealt with under the Juvenile Diversion Programme.
