Pictures: Cork students get their Leaving Cert results

It has been a very exciting morning in Cork schools today as thousands of students receive their Leaving Cert results.
Christian Brothers student Michael O'Grady from Mallow was one of five Irish students to receive the maximum eight H1s.

Principal David Lordan congratulated all the pupils in the school.
"In particular, I want to acknowledge the seven students who attained the maximum 625 points, among them Michael O’Grady, who was one of just five pupils in Ireland to attain 8 H1 grades. This is a day to celebrate our pupils' fantastic achievements and to pay tribute to our highly talented teaching staff for their commitment and dedication to the boys over the past six years."
it was a great day for the students of Colaiste Chríost Rí on Leaving Cert results day and especially for Aindrias O Liatháin and Seaic Ó Conchúir.
Aindrias and Jack achieved 625 and 613 points respectively.
