The body of missing woman Frankie Devlin has been found
Update: A body has been found in the search for missing Cork woman Frankie Devlin, gardaí have confirmed.
A statement from gardaí this afternoon said:
“The body of Frankie Devlin, 67 years, missing from the Garryvoe area since Saturday 5th October 2019, has been recovered today.”
The Coastguard and Gardaí, along with volunteers and the Cork City Missing Persons Search and Rescue, have been combing the area, including the Garryvoe Bay, over the past few days in a bid to locate her.
