The Streets have been revealed as the second headline act for Indie20, following the announcement of Sigrid earlier this week.

Fronted by multi-instrumentalist Mike Skinner, The Streets produced a string of massive hits during a heady rise to international prominence with 'Has It Come to This?', 'Fit But You Know It', 'Dry Your Eyes', 'When You Wasn't Famous' and 'Prangin' Out'.

The Streets also enjoyed two Number 1 albums; A Grand Don’t Come for Free and The Hardest Way to Make an Easy Living

Taking a break in 2011 while solo projects were pursued, The Streets reformed in 2017 and released their first new music in six years on streaming services.

Following Indie’s biggest festival to date at Deer Farm this summer, Early Bird tickets and Tier 1 for 2020 have sold out with a limited number of Tier 2 tickets available.

Some 15,000 people descended on the picturesque Galtee Mountains site to hear performances from headliners Lewis Capaldi, Biffy Clyro, Catfish & the Bottlemen, and Gavin James during Indie19.

Hosted at the Deer Farm site on the outskirts of Mitchelstown, Indiependence has seen both emerging and established artists take to the stage.

Tickets for the 2020 event which will run from July 31 to August 2 are currently on sale, with full price tickets priced at €159.

Early bird tickets are now sold out, but there are some Tier 2 tickets still available (€149) Indie20 will be a strictly over-18s event and will see the addition of new campsite options to manage the festival space better.
