Cork Gardaí want to speak to taxi driver following fatal crash in Knocknaheeny
Kimberly O'Connor (16) who was killed in car crash on Harbour View Road, Knocknaheeny, Cork city.

They believe the driver may have information which can help the investigation. 


16-year-old Kimberly O'Connor from Harbour View Road was killed as a result of the crash which occurred on Wednesday night.

Three males were also injured, one critically.

Gardaí are now interested in speaking to the taxi driver of a white Toyota taxi car who was travelling on Harbour View Road, Knocknaheeny in Cork city between the hours of 11.30pm and 12.00am on the night of the incident. 

Anyone who may have information regarding the collision, particularly any road users with camera footage, are asked to contact Gurranabraher Garda Station on 021 494 6200, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.

The removal of Kimberly O'Connor will take place tomorrow evening at 7pm to St Mary's on the Hill Church, Knocknaheeny.
