Cork barber shop offering free haircuts to frontline staff after Covid-19 pandemic

A Cork barber shop is offering haircuts, beard trims and other services to frontline staff who are working hard in the fight against the spread of Covid-19.

JFM Manscaping Lounge on Grand Parade and JFM Barber and Academy on Anglesea Street are offering its services free of charge on a date to be agreed on after the current restrictions are lifted and business is back to normal.

In a Facebook post, the business said: JFM appreciates everything our Frontline Workers are doing for us during this pandemic.” JFM is also organising a Care Day for all frontline workers and has reached out to other Cork barber shops, hairdressers, beauticians and therapists to get involved in the Care Day.

“When isolation is lifted we will organise a Care Day where we will free of charge offer haircuts, beard trims, or any other of the services we provide to any frontline worker who would like to join us,” the post read.
