The well-known illustrator and graphic designer who owns Dynamite Studio on George's Quay has created a powerful video showcasing some of Cork's greatest amenities, which people will be eager to visit when life returns to normal.

"I have loads of illustrations of Cork which I've built up over the last two years or so and I just decided to stitch them together and animate it into a video.

"Everyone will be looking forward to doing different things when we are able to, but these are just my own favourite things to do in Cork," Jason told The Echo.

Speaking about the incredible buildings, amenities and experiences open to people in the city and county, Jason said he is hoping the video will give people an appreciation of the things that are "outside our door".

"If people are getting a bit demotivated, fed up or bored, hopefully, the video will lift their spirits a little and give them some hope or inspiration."

Jason will perhaps be best known for his quirky illustrations of Cork city featuring elements of different films such as Joker, The Lord of the Rings and King Kong.

As a result of Covid-19, Jason had to temporarily shut down his website as getting his work printed and posted became a challenge, but fortunately, he is now back up and running.
