Live at the Marquee organisers have said that an update on the gigs will be announced tomorrow at 2pm.

It comes after the government's announcement that events seeking licences for more than 5,000 people will be rejected.

The Live at the Marquee tented venue has a capacity of 4,000 meaning it may not be included in the latest ban on gatherings of 5,000 or more.

Gigs are due to get underway on May 28 and are set to run until the end of June.

This year is the last of the Live at the Marquee series as developers plan to begin work on the site at the end of the summer. Up to 1,000 homes are expected to be built on the land.
