Video: Fota orienteering event for the visually impaired

AN orienteering event for the vision impaired took place in Fota recently.

Ten pairs of orienteer and guide completed a two-kilometre course on the island following instructions which detail the physical layout that could be picked up with a cane such as following a drain, detecting gravel or tarmacadam.
