TELL us a little bit about yourself

I was born in Sligo but moved to Fermoy. My mum is from Fermoy and my dad is from Rathcormac.

I left Ireland when I was five-years-old and grew up in South East London.

I have spent my entire lifetime travelling to Ireland.

For every summer holiday, Christmas holidays and for special birthdays. I have a huge Irish family so can you imagine all the birthdays and occasions. Mum is one of 13 and Dad is one of nine.

What is your ideal way to spend a Friday night?

My ideal Friday is chilling out at the moment, I have a little baby so chilling is magic.

I do love to catch a gig and have a lovely meal. But if I was to choose one at the moment it would be to chill out. So rock and roll haha!

Lie ins or up with the lark.. which is it for you?

(A new mummy = no lie ins) so it’s up with the lark for me.

Does work creep into your weekend at all?

If money was no object where would you head to on a weekend city break? And who would you bring with you?

Venice, with my man.

Closer to home, is there some place you like to head to recharge the batteries?

I always go for a walk on the beach to recharge. Listening to waves always does wonders for me.

Do you like to catch up with family/friends at the weekend?

I always love to spend time with my loved ones. Every week I catch up with family and friends.

Do you get to indulge any hobbies? Even as a spectator?

I’m an artist so I’m always doing something, painting, photography, writing music etc.

Entertain or be entertained? If it’s the latter do you have a signature dish?

I always love to be entertained.

We have so many places to eat out in Cork — where are your go to spots for coffee/lunch/special meal?

Filter for Coffee and I always love a meal in The Overdraught Bar and Restaurant.

Sunday night comes around too fast.. how do you normally spend it?

My Sundays are spent with the family.

What time does your alarm clock go off on Monday morning?

My alarm clock is my baby girl haha — around 7.30am at the moment.
