Chef Neven Maguire's trail ends in Cork

THE Rebel County takes centre stage in the final episode of Neven’s Irish Seafood Trails on RTÉ1 on Wednesday at 8.30pm.
In Kinsale, chef Martin Shanahan of Fishy Fishy Restaurant explains to Neven Maguire why the town has become internationally renowned for its food and shares a simple take on a recipe for fish pie made with monkfish, salmon, hake and Dublin Bay prawns.

This is followed by a trip to the college’s 360 degree ship’s bridge simulator where Neven tries his hand at steering a ‘virtual’ trawler in a Force 9 storm.
