Today we continue our series of exercise videos, as part of our 'Keeping Cork Healthy' series, in association with the Mardyke Arena UCC.
These exercises today focus on strength and conditioning - grab a skipping ropes and weights that you might have at home.
The exercises include: Jumping Rope, Seated Arnold Press, Mountain Climbers, Row and Fly and Squat Drops.
