A mostly cloudy day over central and southern areas of Ireland with occasional rain or drizzle. However, it will become largely dry here towards the evening. Meanwhile, Ulster and northern parts of Connacht will be often dry with cloud breaking at times to give a few sunny intervals. Mostly gentle north-easterly winds.

Any remaining spots of rain in the south and east will soon die away to leave a dry night over Ireland with clearing skies. A cool night too. Gentle northerly winds.

After a cool but sunny start, much of Ireland will have a dry morning with spells of sunshine and some fair weather cloud bubbling-up. Through the afternoon, there will be further sunny spells with a lot of dry weather. However, one or two isolated showers may develop over Ulster or Munster. Light winds, variable in direction.
