Hollyhill Library played host to an all-day free Summer Concert recently.

The event was opened by the Lord Mayor and the concert was  hosted by local poet John Paul Long.

Performers included:

Myles Gaffney; Martina Stafford formerly of Boxcar Bertha Anthony Cotter of the White Horse Guitar Club; the Cork Academy of Music; Cork Songwriters; GMC Beats;   Shandon Haz; Christy Donovan and friends; and The Old Ukus, a group of senior citizens who learned to play the ukulele in the library only this Spring.
