One hundred volunteers joined two hundred children as they performed their song 'The Place To Be' which is currently available on iTunes.Children and volunteers taking part in the summer Sing! event at Triskel Christchurch.summer SING! is a week-long international, inclusive children's singing festival where children experience the rich history and culture of Cork City while nurturing their natural singing ability.Each day more than 200 summer Singers! aged from 3 years to 14 years, gather in Millennium Hall before moving in smaller groups to rehearsals in more than twenty participating cultural spaces.

Volunteers Clara Herdman, Tim Vos, Ciara Walsh and Siun Keane-McCarthy at the summer sing event.Supported by a 100-strong professional and volunteer, national and international, staff of children and youth arts enthusiasts, our young singing citizens experience public spaces as never before, engaging in open-air warm-ups and impromptu public performances.Members of the public are welcomed to experience summer SING! through our picnics in Bishop Lucey Park, our satellite sessions in participating cultural spaces and through our scheduled performances.
